Guide 01 / Production

On-set makeup brief
& continuity checklist.

For commercials, films, OTT, interviews, campaigns and public-figure appearances.

  1. 01

    Project essentials

Share the format, deliverables, shoot dates, location, call times, cast size and the final camera or capture format.

  2. 02

    Creative references

Send the approved treatment, look references, wardrobe direction and any notes from the director, agency or talent team.

  3. 03

    Talent requirements

Confirm the number of people, look changes, grooming needs and any disclosed sensitivities or accessibility requirements.

  4. 04

    Continuity plan

Flag multi-day scenes, pickups, weather changes, stunts, water, sweat, prosthetics or other conditions that affect continuity.

  5. 05

    Set logistics

Confirm a clean makeup station, power, mirror, lighting, chair, water, parking or unit access and a secure place for the kit.

  6. 06

    Approvals and privacy

Name the person who approves each look and confirm photography, confidentiality, embargo and social-posting rules before call time.

Guide 02 / Bridal

Destination bridal
planning timeline.

For multi-event weddings in India, Dubai, the UK and other travel destinations.

  1. 01

    At enquiry

Share the city, venue, event dates, ready-by times, number of people and the looks required for each function.

  2. 02

    8–12 weeks before

Schedule the trial where possible. Bring outfit, jewellery and hair references so the complete look can be assessed together.

  3. 03

    3–4 weeks before

Lock the event schedule, final looks, artist team, travel plan, room access and the order in which family members will be ready.

  4. 04

    7 days before

Avoid introducing unfamiliar treatments or products. Confirm the getting-ready room has daylight or good neutral lighting, tables and power points.

  5. 05

    48 hours before

Reconfirm addresses, room numbers, contact people, ready-by times, transport access and any schedule change with the artist team.

  6. 06

    On the day

Keep outfits, jewellery, lenses and accessories in the room before the start time, and allow a calm buffer before photography or departure.
